DMCA & Copyright Reports

A clear way to report material on this website that you believe infringes your copyright.

Updated 1 October 2026 · Website only

What to include in a notice

For a report intended as a formal DMCA notice, include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as rightsholder or authorized representative.
  2. The copyrighted work concerned, with an original source or a representative list where appropriate.
  3. The exact URL and location of the allegedly infringing material on this website.
  4. Contact information sufficient to respond, including your name and email; include the postal/telephone details needed for a formal notice.
  5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rightsholder, representative or law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rightsholder.

Read the US Copyright Office's Section 512 guidance for the statutory requirements. For material exceeding the form's 3000-character limit, provide a concise description and accessible links. The form is a general reporting channel, not a registered-agent claim.

How concerns and disputes are reviewed

We examine identifiable reports, may request clarification and may correct, remove or restrict material where appropriate. No automatic outcome or fixed takedown deadline is promised by this general reporting channel. Applicable legal requirements and court orders take priority.

If you believe material was restricted by mistake, reply identifying the material and explaining the authorization or error. A formal DMCA counter-notice has additional signature, sworn-statement, contact, jurisdiction and service-of-process requirements. Consult the official guidance or a legal adviser before making those statements.

Reports may be shared with affected parties or advisers as needed to investigate, respond or comply with law. Do not assume a formal notice will stay confidential. False material representations can have legal consequences.

Legal scope and site content

The DMCA is US law; applicable jurisdiction and safe-harbour eligibility are separate questions. This website also respects applicable Indian copyright law. This page is a reporting procedure, not legal advice or a blanket licence to reproduce content.

Original text, code and branding, and any third-party material, may have different owners and licences. Ask for permission where needed; attribution alone does not automatically authorize reuse. Public sharing of calculator result links is distinct from copying the website's assets or content.

Personal-data handling for reports is described in our website privacy policy. For other questions, contact the operator.
